Nestled in the historic Santa Maria Novella district, it perfectly melded Italian charm with comfort; the rooms were as lovely as depicted, featuring exquisite furnishings crafted by local artisans that truly elevated our stay. Isabella, the ever-attentive host, made our late check-in seamless, ensuring we felt warmly welcomed, which set a fantastic tone for our time in the city. With excellent connectivity to key attractions and mouthwatering Tuscan dining options just a stone's throw away, every excursion was both easy and rewarding-especially our surprise engagement celebration, which Isabella graciously helped organize.
